btd	Baseline Text Document - The baseline text is a draft of agreed text. Initial inclusion in the Baseline Text may capture only the concept for later refinement to final text or, if the issue is critical, the Baseline Text could capture initial proposed wording. The final version of the Baseline Text is intended to be issued as the text for a straw vote ballot.
fb	Final Ballot - Once all of the comments on the STR are resolved by the WG, the Closing Plenary votes to send the draft out for a Final Ballot of the Principal and Small Business Members.
ltd	Living Text Document - The intent of using a Living List is to capture agreements made by the Working Group so that everyone (including people not able to attend all of a Working Group's sessions) knows the status of various items in the Working Group and to capture ideas of concern so they will not be lost in the future.
rtd	Requirements Text Document - An agreed set of requirements for the ensuing development of a draft specification
str	Straw Ballot - When the Working Group is satisfied with BTD, the WG can vote to send thatdraft out to Straw Ballot. The intent of STR is too solicit comments from the whole of the Technical Committee and bring in views perhaps not covered within the WG. Comments are submitted as contributions to the appropriate WG for the next TC meeting.
tcm	Technical Committee Minutes - Same as WGM except the minutes cover the Closing Plenary.
wgm	Working Group Minutes - The minutes, or meeting report, cover the activities of the WG and should contain: the administrative details of where, when, who presides, etc., whether the minutes from the previous meeting were approved, the details, including the final text, of all motions, reports of all votes, disposition of contributions, e.g., accepted for information accepted by the group accepted for inclusion in the Working Document accepted for inclusion in the Baseline Text resolution of Straw Vote Ballot comments not accepted. text of liaisons
wtd	Working-group Text Document - Other documents in support of working group activities which are not minutes are not appropriate for other document types.
