IP/MPLS Forum Summer 2008 Technical Committee & Annual Meeting

Attendees are responsible for their own hotel and travel arrangements. The IP/MPLS Forum has negotiated a special rate of $189 CND per night at the Westin Grand Vancouver for meeting attendees. The group rate is guaranteed until Monday, June 9th. Please be sure to identify yourself as a member of the IP/MPLS Forum while making your reservation.

Meeting Registration

Early registration is $250.00 USD. After June 9, 2008 late and on-site registration will be $300.00 USD. Registration is now open in ARO. You may submit your credit card payment on-line once you register for the meeting and an e-mail verifying your payment will be sent automatically. A receipt on IP/MPLS Forum letterhead will be provided upon request.

Some meeting attendees will need a visa to enter Canada. Please check with your local embassy or consulate for specific visa requirements. If you need an invitation letter to obtain your visa, please email info@ipmplsforum.org.

Principal members planning to submit a contribution for this June 2008 Meeting should be advised that the Call for Contributions has been issued:

Please use the approved template form to create your contribution
To post your contribution, log into ARO, click on the Document tab.
Click the "Create" link, fill out the form and click Create at the bottom. You will be given a document number and an upload menu.
Put the number on your document, and then return to ARO to upload your contribution. You have as long as you need--once a contribution number is assigned, it cannot be given to anyone else.
When you are ready to post your work, return to the Document area of ARO, search for your document number and browse to your file to complete the upload.
Upload your document in PDF and Source formats (i.e., Word, PPT, etc.) Note: There are two possible verisons of Office that are accepted, Office 97-2003 and Office 2007. The IP/MPLS Forum policy only allows uploads in Microsoft Office 97-2003.
Once uploaded, your document can be downloaded by any Forum member.
